1. Shipping Coverage
NcCorner currently ships only within the United States (all 50 states plus Washington, D.C.).
We are unable to ship to international addresses, U.S. territories, APO/FPO locations, or PO Boxes.
Any order placed with a non-eligible address will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
2. Free Shipping
We proudly provide FREE Standard Shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required.
The free shipping benefit is applied automatically at checkout.
No coupon codes are needed, and there are no hidden charges—the price you see is the final total.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders submitted and paid before 2:00 PM MST (Denver, GMT-07:00), Monday through Friday are processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and federal holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Handling Time (Processing & Personalization)
All products are custom-made and tailored to your specifications.
Processing/production time:

Fulfillment runs Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Once your order enters production, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
5. Shipping & Transit Time
We ship through trusted carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx—whichever provides the most reliable and efficient service for your location.

Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days.

Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.
6. Total Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 5 to 9 business days from the date the order is placed.
Your delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
Example:
Order placed Monday at 1:00 PM → processed the same day → ships between Tuesday and Thursday → arrives between Thursday and the following Tuesday.
7. Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and correct shipping address when placing your order.
We cannot replace items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If you spot an error after ordering, please notify us within 12 hours so we can update it.
8. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Delays: While most orders arrive on time, rare delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or seasonal peaks. If affected, we’ll notify you promptly.

Lost/Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and provide a replacement at no extra cost.
