  • All items on NcCorner are made-to-order and typically customized according to your instructions (for example: names, dates, messages, color selections).
  • Handcrafted Production:
    Each product is made by hand using materials such as wood, acrylic, and non-toxic paint. Slight variations in color, wood grain, or design layout may naturally occur and are not considered defects.
  • Product Images & Descriptions:
    All photos on our website show real examples of our products. However, final items may vary slightly due to personalization or material differences.
  • Personalization Details:
    You are responsible for ensuring all personalization information (names, spellings, dates, etc.) is accurate at the time of order.

3. Order Placement & Payment

  • How to Order:
    1. Select your product and provide all required personalization details in the specified fields.
    2. Review your order for accuracy before proceeding to payment.
    3. Confirm your purchase via our secure checkout.
  • Payment Methods:
    We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (all card payments are securely processed via PayPal). You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.
  • Order Confirmation:
    A confirmation email will be sent automatically once payment is successful. If you do not receive this within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order Review Window:
    Because your order is custom-made, you may request changes or cancellation within 12 hours after placing your order by emailing or calling our support team.
  • After the 12-hour window or once production has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
  • Please double-check all personalization and shipping information before confirming your order.

5. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

  • Production Timeline:
    • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
    • Production/handling time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders—no minimum purchase required.
  • Shipping Carrier:
    Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, Monday–Friday.
  • Transit Time:
    • Shipping takes approximately 2–5 business days.
    • Most customers receive their order within 3–8 business days after order placement.
  • Order Tracking:
    • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
    • You may check your shipment status at any time via the link provided.
  • Shipping Limits:
    • We ship only within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
    • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

6. Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibilities

  • Address Accuracy:
    • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
    • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delivery Delays:
    • Occasionally, factors such as severe weather, carrier delays, or holiday surges may extend delivery times. We will notify you of any known delays.
  • Lost or Damaged Orders:
    • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of the stated delivery date.
    • We will investigate with the carrier and, if verified, provide a replacement at no extra cost.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Personalized Items:
    • As all products are custom-made, returns or refunds are generally not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or changes requested after production has started.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Orders:
    • If your item is received damaged, with a production error, or significantly different from the description, contact us within 7 days. We will request photos and, if confirmed, will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

8. Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

  • Pricing:
    • All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
    • The final total (including any sales taxes) is displayed before you confirm your purchase.
    • There are no hidden fees. Shipping is always free.
  • Promotions:
    • Any discounts, promo codes, or special offers will be clearly stated on our website and applied at checkout if eligible.
